Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pump and Patch website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Pump and Patch is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada.

Products

Our products are handmade in small batches. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in finish, colour, and texture are normal and are not defects. Product images are representative; your item may differ slightly in appearance.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will let you know and provide a full refund. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable details shown at checkout.

Personalization

Some products can be personalized with custom text that you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of personalization text — including spelling — exactly as you enter it. We produce personalized items as submitted. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged except where they arrive defective or were not made as ordered.

Lead times and shipping

Our products are made to order. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks before an order ships. We ship across Canada. See our Returns & Shipping page for full details.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

Returns

All sales are final once an order is placed. If an item arrives defective or was not made as ordered, we will make it right — see our Returns & Shipping page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
