Returns & Shipping

Lead times

Every Pump and Patch product is made to order by hand. Our typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from the date you order to the date your order ships. If an order will take significantly longer, we will let you know by email.

Shipping

We ship across Canada. Shipping options and costs are shown in your cart before checkout, and you choose your method based on your region. Delivery time is in addition to the 4–6 week production lead time above.

Once your order ships, delivery timing is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help however we can if something goes wrong.

Returns

Because our products are handmade to order — and many are personalized — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalization text submitted by the customer, or the normal small variations that come with handmade goods.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or was not made as you ordered, we will make it right — by repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at jobtownsuplies@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. This does not affect your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Order changes and cancellations

Because production begins soon after ordering, we may not be able to change or cancel an order. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.
